Programs @ The Hope Institute
We offer these programs:
-
Our Sober
and Therapeutic High School is a day treatment program,
operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. From 8:00
until noon, the adolescent attends our school program. After a
supervised lunch break, group therapy is conducted from 1:00 to 4:00.
Parents attend a parent education and support meeting on Monday
evenings. In addition, they participate in an individual family session
with their primary counselor, weekly.
-
Our evening
component is an intensive
program requiring parental participation throughout the entire treatment
process. Monday nights are dedicated to education for both parents and
teens, each having their own group with topics such as chemical
dependency and the twelve steps, anger management, and appropriate
communication. Wednesday evening two process groups are held, parents
and adolescents again separated while receiving intensive group support.
Multiple family group takes place on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00.
This is a powerful and dynamic group where healing and recovery take
place. In addition, clients participate in an individual family session
with their primary counselor, weekly.
Random drug testing is offered for our clients and is open to the
community.

family desires to participate. It is held bimonthly. A complete aftercare
