Character and Competence in Higher Education

In partnership with Samford University’s Orlean Beeson School of Education, and with support from the Kern Family Foundation, The Hope Institute proudly co-hosted the second annual Character Convening. This year’s event expanded beyond the original four founding universities (Samford University, Lipscomb University, University of Tennessee Knoxville, and University of Alabama) to include 13 institutions. Over 70 attendees joined the virtual meeting to learn and share ideas.
